Felt like we were working with a friend

Suburb experience with selling our first home
What we didnt want when selling our house was the unknowns and the stress caused by this.
With Andy, the experience was unbelievable. Communication was top notch, especially with the purchasers lawyer whos communication was poor.
He got the answers we needed and kept things moving.
If I ever had the opportunity to work with Andy in the future, I would not hesitate.

Professional, Hard-working & Goes Above and Beyond.
Andy was fantastic to deal with. As we are based in Nelson; buying in Christchurch was proving a challenge prior to meeting Andy. Andy went out of his way to assist us and accommodate requests. This was in stark contrast to others we had contact with prior. From arranging a viewing at short notice to arranging building and electrical reports and the like, Andy never faltered. He also had the added challenge of the vender being in a different country. He was in constant communication and had an excellent working knowledge of the property market and Christchurch in general. Andy made the process easy and was really quick to respond to anything that came up. He had a positive friendly nature throughout and nothing was a bother. I highly recommend Andy for anyone wanting to sell in Christchurch. You won't regret it. Thanks Andy, much appreciated.

Right from the first meeting he helped me with things I should do around the place to get a bigger bottom line, and even tho I kept pushing the date of sale back, there was no sense of frustration and always stayed professional and positive. He showed he can be very professional and also down to earth at just the right times. The open homes and private viewing were executed well which got us some great offers.

Result that far exceeded expectations
What a pleasure it was to have Andy helping me with a sale of an investment property property. I really thought my property was unsaleable due to a 15 year lease with Housing New Zealand that had 4 years to go. Andy came to my work place to have our first meeting , clearly laid out a plan that could get my property to market and clearly outlines the costs involved. He has a relaxed, friendly personality which makes him instantly likable. I assume buyers would find this too.
There was a lot of work to get the required paperwork and permissions from HNZ and Andy dealt with them directly sorting out what was required including some of the difficult EQC information.
Andy is clearly a master negotiator as well as when he presented an offer I was happy with he felt we could get more as he understood already where the buyer was willing to go to. After a quick discussion, then a text message to the buyer a revised offer 10k higher came back within a minute. So price was far more than I expected, deal was wrapped up with no issues and Andy was always available on the phone checking in with me every step of the sale process. I would thoroughly recommend Andy to sell a property and I will certainly be in contact with him again for future sales.

Purchasing Remotely was a Breeze
