Unconditionally sold in under 3 weeks . Andy did a great job on the sale of an ex rental of ours. He brought us a very good offer prior to the property even going on the market. We decided to decline the offer with the hope to achieve a better result after some marketing. Stand up guy
Andy is an all around great guy, and gave us exceptional service. We were buyers of a property that Andy was selling. The deal didn't go through, but Andy didn't let it go there like he could have. He took time to find out exactly what we wanted and soon after found the right place for us when we weren't able to find it ourselves. He went way above and beyond on a number of occasions, and in short Andy is a stand up guy and was a pleasure to work with.
